We Love Pets!

Life can be RUFF. Relax in comfort with your furry friend at your side!

Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 25 pounds.
Non-refundable pet fee is $350 per pet.
Pet deposit is $250 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $15 will be charged per pet.

We are a pet-friendly community here at Chase Place at the Hollow in Dallas, TX, because we know that your furry friend is family too! Our pet policy is easily available, and feel free to call us if you have any questions. We can’t wait to meet you and your little furry friend too!
